This stereo audio amplifier board is capable of delivering high output power as 500W per channel into a 4Ohm load in 6’’ x 4.5’’ size based on Class D topology and Sure’s T-AMP technology, featuring high audio performance, low power consumption, high efficiency as 90%, flexible input sensitivity and ease of integration. All these features make this audio amplifier board applicable to home audio, DIY audio, loudspeakers, car audio and demanding industrial applications such as professional audio, broadcast system and alarm system. This audio module supports extremely wide power supply range as DC48V - 72V.

High Audio Performance

Benefit from dedicated PCB layout design, careful components selection and engineers’ attentive debugging, this high power audio amplifier board produces powerful and clean audio with high audio performance, whose SNR reaches up to 99dB and THD+N performs well as 0.03% @ 4Ohm, 10W, 1kHz. Therefore, this module can provide quite powerful, warm and clean sound.

Flexible Load Characteristics and Wide Load Range

This audio amplifier module features flexible load characteristics with optimization in the frequency response. It has been tested in the lab with capacitive loads, inductive loads and resistive loads to make sure its stability and performance. Due to its low output impedance, this audio amplifier board supports wide load range from 1.5Ohm to 16Ohm without impact by the loudspeakers load characteristics.

Input Sensitivity Customizable

The default input sensitivity of this module makes it a perfect match for regular audio sources like MP3 player, mobile phone and professional pre-amp. Meanwhile, the input sensitivity of this amplifier board can be customized in a very wide range which causes that the amplifier can always offer the best solution for diversified types of audio sources and players and this can be set by Sure before production. Wide Power Supply Range

This high power audio amplifier board supports wide power supply range as DC48V – 72V. 48V switching power supply units are common used in industrial applications and it will be enough to evaluate our amplifiers. For amplifiers, higher input voltage means higher power. For those customers who require higher power, assorted boost converters and AC-DC power supply modules are also available in Sure Electronics then you can get the 2kW audio and

power solution without any difficulty. Sure Electronics can also provide 200V, 1000W power supply as matched solution for HPA series. Application customers can free up the development resources and greatly reduce the installation time and system cost. Signal Level Sensor System

Signal level sensor system is equipped in this high power audio amplifier module for low power consumption. It will continuously monitor the input signal and there is a preset signal voltage threshold. When there is no signal (voltage is lower than the threshold) detected for a period of time, the amplifier board will enter into standby mode automatically, in which condition, it will consume lower power. When there is signal detected, it will go back to working mode immediately without miss of the audio.

High Reliability and Long Service Time

A low noise, cooling fan together with a robust heatsink is mounted atop the board to ensure sufficient heat dissipation and high stability. Full protection circuit, like over temperature protection, overcurrent protection, under voltage protection and high voltage reverse polarity protection, is equipped on this board for high reliability and long service time. Power and clip indicators are provided for a better overview of the running condition of the amplifier board.

Hello again, is there a difference between the model "AA-AB32516" and "AA-AB32433" regarding the IC it's running on? Is the chip "STA516" used in either of them? Or using dedicated Mosfets and IC driver like TC2001? I can't find any information in the datasheet regarding the output stage, thank you in advance!

Hello, Marvin. Thank you for your interest in our products. Both two amplifier boards employ discrete power stage rather than integrated power stage. The drive circuits are the same but there are differences in their used Mosfets and the equipped protection circuits. Wish this could help you.

I would like to know, what function the smd potentiometers have on the board next to RCA input?

Hi, any damping factor specification for this board?

Hi, Jonghwan. Thank you for your interest in our products. This amplifier board employs Class D topology, therefore, it has sufficient current driving ability. We employ BTL architecture so the output impedance is very low. As long as the load of the speakers used in audio applications is within the recommended range, this audio amplifier can work stably and reliably. Please note that the amplifier board is designed for audio applications, so we do not provide the damping factor to retail customers. Hi, I'm using the board but the fan seems to be running quite often. is it necessary? can I just plug it off? how hot will it be?

Hi, Jonghwan. The fan is temperature-controlled and the active temperature is about 50℃. It is mounted for sufficient heat dissipation so that the board can work stably and reliably. Wish this could help you.
