This mono audio amplifier board is driven by discrete power stage to provide high output power as 2000W per channel into a 2Ohm load in an ultra-compact size as 3.9’’ x 3.9’’ size. Based on our engineers’ years of experience and expertise accumulated in cooperating projects, this module gains a great balance between high quality and high performance, featuring high fidelity audio, low power consumption, flexible load characteristics, real strength for Hi-rel industry and ease of integration. All these features make this audio amplifier board applicable to subwoofer, car audio, Yacht and demanding industrial applications such as professional audio, underwater acoustics and alarm system. A DC48V-120V power supply is required.
High Audio Performance
Benefit from dedicated PCB layout design, careful components selection and engineers’ attentive debugging, this high power audio amplifier board produces powerful and clean audio with high audio performance, whose SNR reaches up to 96dB and THD+N performs well as 0.02% @ 4Ohm, 10W, 1kHz. Therefore, this module can provide quite powerful, warm and clean sound.
Supporting Both Single-ended Input and Differential Input
This high power audio amplifier supports single-ended input for easy integration into any projects. Besides that, it also supports differential input methods, which can vastly reduce the noise. Customers can choose to their requirements. The two input methods are optional, it is rather simple and convenient to switch with the provided toggle key (SW1) on the board.
High Level and Low Level Gain Switchable
To fully satisfy different requirements of various applications, this audio module offers two level gain for choice. High level gain is 40dB and low level gain is 36dB. Another toggle key is mounted on the board for the switch.
Flexible Load Characteristics and Wide Load Range
This audio amplifier module features flexible load characteristics with optimization in the frequency response. It has been tested in the lab with capacitive loads, inductive loads and resistive loads to make sure its stability and performance. Due to its low output impedance, this audio amplifier board supports wide load range from 1.5Ohm to 16Ohm without impact by the loudspeakers load characteristics.

High Reliability and Long Service Time

Wide Power Supply Range
This high power audio amplifier board supports wide power supply range as DC48V – 120V. 48V switching power supply units are common used in industrial applications and it will be enough to evaluate our amplifiers. Signal Level Sensor System
Signal level sensor system is equipped in this high power audio amplifier module for low power consumption. It will continuously monitor the input signal and there is a preset signal voltage threshold. When there is no signal (voltage is lower than the threshold) detected for a period of time, the amplifier board will enter into standby mode automatically, in which condition, it will consume lower power. The idle power when no signal detected is only 1.2W. When there is signal detected, it will go back to working mode immediately without miss of the audio.
Easy for Integration
A breakout board with terminals for input & control is attached in the package of the Brick series amplifier boards for simple connection. Interfaces on board include RCA, XLR and RJ128 terminals for easy integration of all the functions (Single-ended input, Differential input, Audio signal detection control, Shut down control and Single-ended output).
