WONDOM High Power Dual Power Supply Series is a highly efficient and highly reliable series based on high performance IRS2092 chip, power ranging from 500W to 3000W. The entire series is equipped with complete protection circuit and supports flexible load characteristic and wide load range. Supporting wide frequency range is another highlight of this series.
Flexible Load Characteristic
Electronical appliances can be divided into resistive load, inductive load and capacitive load. It’s easy for amplifiers to drive resistive load such as the speakers. Since the impedance of the inductive load and capacitive load would change with frequency and there will be reactive power when driving both inductive and capacitive load, it raises high requirements of the amplifiers.
WONDOM high power dual power supply series can handle with inductive load and capacitive load. However, extra attention should be paid for any operation with purely capacitive loads. For any non-audio applications, customers are suggested to send an inquiry e-mail to Sure Electronics for system compatibility confirmation or face the consequences.
Wide Load Range
With its low output impedance, the entire series supports wide load range, showing stable performance with 1Ω without impact by loudspeakers loading characteristics. Therefore, the high power dual power supply series is capable of standing and dealing with high current.
Wide Frequency Range
Audio frequency range is 20Hz-20kHz. Thanks to our exquisite PCB layout design and the special technology employed in our amplifier, the high power dual power supply series can handle with wide bandwidth from 10Hz to 22kHz with uncompromising frequency response, not only meeting requirements of audio system but also satisfying special demands of some applications such as Physical Therapy Machines, Underwater Acoustics and so on.
This series is able to support extremely wide frequency range as 5Hz-80kHz through some configurations. If you have any need, please contact us.
High Output Voltage
The maximum output voltage of WONDOM IRS2092 series can reach 200V÷2.828≈70.72V>70V in half bridge structure. And it can deliver 200V÷1.414≈141.44V in full bridge structure.
Another series of amplifiers that can deliver 280V RMS output voltage will be released soon, so stay tuned.
WONDOM standard products can only be used in audio applications and there is a big difference between the standard products and the specialized version on protection and performance. HASS (Highly accelerated stress screen）is implemented in the production phase to ensure that all improvement measures found in HALT can be implemented and make sure that no new defects are introduced due to changes in production processes and components.
All products will be tested at -40℃- 65℃ in half output power for up to 1000 hours to provide validated MTBF data. Meanwhile, we will use the signal generator to sweep in the frequency range of 20Hz-20kHz and observe the output waveform. Only when the products pass all tests, can they be put in storage.
All of WONDOM products must pass the HASS test and can be used at -20℃-55℃ and -40℃- 65℃. The operation temperature for our standard products is -20℃-55℃. If customers if the customer needs products for the temperature range of -40℃- 65℃,please contact us and we will also provide the corresponding test report.
