KAB series is a highly cost-effective amplifier board series specially designed for self-service equipment and game machine applications, such as vending machine, ATM, service robot, arcade machine, amusement equipment and so on.
Recently, Sure Electronics released KAB0, a pure digital stereo I2S amplifier, delivering 5W per channel, suitable for self-service equipment and small-scale game machine.
Sound enhancement algorithm
Integrated with sound enhancement algorithm, KAB0 can output extremely high volume in spite of its small size and greatly improve the SPL of small speakers.
USB codec input
KAB0 supports USB codec input, which avoids ground noise and ensures high sound quality. In addition, KAB0 supports I2S input and Microphone input. Customers can choose to their requirements.
Equipped with record function
Thanks to the integrated USB codec, KAB0 supports record function.
Integrated with DSP
KAB0 is integrated with DSP, supporting 10bands EQ adjustment and parameters control. With the connection of WONDOM programming board, KBA0 supports PC UI control.
Supporting USB Type-C power
KBA0 supports powered by USB Type-C, which means KAB0 can be powered up when customers use USB cable to input signal and no extra power supply is needed.

Sure Electronics is going to release a new member of In-circuit Programmer Series – ICP5. WONDOM ICP5 is an in-circuit programmer integrated with Bluetooth BLE and UART designed for user interface control of WONDOM products.
With Bluetooth BLE integrated in ICP5, customers can use WONDOM APP (“Miumax”) to control audio system built with APM2 / JAB3. Miumax is designed to remote control audio 0.1/2.0/2.1/4.0 system and the functions include volume adjustment, gain adjustment, filter, EQ.
With UART integrated in ICP5, customers can use WONDOM PC UI (“Miumax”) to control audio system built with APM2 / JAB3, which is a quick and simple start for customers who want to program with DSP but are not familiar with SigmaStudio™ software.

To offer our customers with products in more unified quality and better service, Sure Electronics has migrated the production to an ISO 9001:2008 verified factory located in Perai, the Free Trade Zone of Malaysia in April 2019. In addition, we have built R&D team and test team in Malaysia. That means, as long as you want, your orders can be designed, tested and manufactured in Malaysia and be delivered directly from Malaysia.
1. How orders can be made in and delivered from Malaysia
Since October, 2019, we have entered into the buffer period, during which, some orders will be made in and delivered from Malaysia, but some would still be shipped from China. We arrange shipment from China by default in this period. Please let us know if you want the orders to be delivered from Malaysia.
2. Delivery Time
Please kindly be noted that, as a result of the production migration, the delivery time would be 3-5 weeks longer than before.
1) It will take 1 week by air and 3.5 weeks by sea to deliver the material from China to Malaysia;
2) The delivery time of the goods to USA by sea may be 15 days longer than before.
In order to not impacting your product sales, please make orders in advance and confirm with the sales so that we can prepare it for you.
3) If the delivery time is less than 8 weeks, it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to arrange manufacturing and delivery in Malaysia. Wish you could understand us.
3. Shipping Cost
As for the shipment of material from China to Malaysia:
1) Customers are required to pay for the extra shipping cost of materials shipment to Malaysia by sea if the orders include heat sinks, aluminum housings and power adapters.
2) Customers are required to pay the shipping cost if the materials are delivered by air.
4. Tariff
There will be NO TARIFF when the goods is delivered from Malaysia.

Sure Electronics specially designs complete audio amplifier and power supply solutions - CVA Series for constant voltage applications, such as public address announcement system, background music system, fire alarm system, school broadcast system and so on.
When comes to constant voltage systems, reliability is a paramount considering factor. It is quite important that the constant voltage amplifiers and the power supply have the ability to continuously operate with high reliability and stability.
Keeping this requirement deeply in mind, Sure Electronics has implemented comprehensive tests for constant voltage amplifiers before shipment to verify its ruggedness and ensure the products customers get can work stably.
Sure Electronics implements the following test items for CVA series:
1. Maximum output power test
The DUT (Device Under Test) must be able to deliver rated power at any time, no matter working under a constant voltage mode or a constant resistance mode.
2. Extreme input voltage test
We will input extreme input voltage to the constant voltage amplifier and run frequency sweep with infinite loop of 60s 0.1Hz – 80kHz for survival test to avoid any unexpected damage.
3. Supply range test
Sure Electronics offers matched AC/DC power supply and DC/DC power supply solutions for CVA series. For AC powered CVA series, the tolerance of supply range is ±10% and for DC powered CVA series, that would be ±20%.
4. High temperature test
The CVA series would be test under 65℃ (for industrial applications) or 50℃ (for commercial applications).
5. Full Protection
Sure Electronics constant voltage amplifiers (CVA Series) are equipped with full protection to maximumly reduce the possibility of damage caused by improper operation. We will conduct the following tests：
① AC Mains Shorted with Input/Output Test
② DC Shorted with Input/Output Test
③ Input & Output Test
④ Short Circuit Test

Audio is an essential component either in self-service equipment for operation guidance, or in game machine applications to create atmosphere, thus they all need an audio system.
Sure Electronics has developed a full set of highly cost-effective and highly extendable audio solutions for self-service equipment and game machine applications, including audio isolation solutions, DSP, audio amplifier, power supply solutions and speakers. Please see the following block diagram.
Audio Amplifier Board Series – KAB Series
KAB series is an amplifier board series specially designed for self-service equipment and game machine applications.
Stereo low power amplifier boards with optimization for speech intelligibility are for self-service equipment, such as Ticket Machine, Vending Machine, Service Robot and so on. For game machine applications, Sure Electronics provides 2CH/4CH/8CH 15W to 100W per channel audio amplifier boards. In addition, some multi-channel amplifier boards can be configured (PBTL) to meet the requirements of the commonly used audio 2.0/2.1/4.0/5.1/7.1 system.
All KAB amplifiers are highly integrated in compact size and are designed for easy installation.
Audio Isolation Solutions
We provide optional high performance audio isolation solutions, such as USB codec input and isolation transformer input to eliminate ground noise, both of which are module form, greatly improving the flexibility of whole system. The 2CH/8CH USB sound card is compatible with the Linux or Windows systems of high-end computers used in games machines.
Optional DSP Module Solution
An Optional DSP module based on high performance ADAU1701 is also available for customers’ choice to control the system through bass enhancement, gain adjustment, cut-off frequency setting and other functions.
Power Supply Solutions – KPS Series
Sure Electronics combines the audio amplifier board with the power supply closely to provide power supply and battery solution for KAB series. KPS series has been released as the power solution aimed at self-service equipment and game machine applications, covering 65W to 500W AC/DC power supply and 30W to 100W DC/DC power supply. In addition, Sure Electronics provides 12V auxiliary output when designing the power supply to power the peripheral equipment of game machines, greatly reducing the cost and space. All the power supply modules are equipped with complete protection circuits and are suitable for a harsh working environment.
Speakers Solutions
We provide highly cost-effective full range speakers in 2’’-6’’ and subwoofer in 8’’/10’’ optimized for sealed cabinets, featuring flat frequency response and high reliability.
