WONDOM JAB series is integrated with Bluetooth module for wireless audio connection, and DSP module for easy and remote control, widely applicable in Audio DIY applications, like bookshelf speakers, portable speakers, garden audio, etc.
Have you ever encountered this situation? You want to install your audio system outdoor, such as in the garden or on the porch wall. But you have to give up because of the restriction of weather or dust. You are afraid that the audio system would be damaged due to the rain or moisture.
Taking the outdoor applications requirements into consideration, we designed the waterproof cabinet, which is made of ABS plastic and can protects your PCB from moisture or dust. The regulation of the waterproof cabinet is 140 x 103 x 49mm, therefore, any PCB whose dimension is within 127mm x 70mm (LxW) can work greatly with it. There are four pre-drilled holes for wire connection of power supply, LED indicators or control buttons. We have prepared various accessories for your convenient integration, including screws, waterproof connector plug and socket, adhesive tape and so on. This can vastly save your time of preparation and enjoy the pure joy of DIY audio.

We are going to exhibit the CVAA series, which is constant voltage amplifier specially designed for mass notification system. CVAA series contains 7 mono or stereo models, all of which can directly output 70V/100V/120V high output voltage, without any need of step-up transformers, saving the cost and improving the audio quality. The constant voltage amplifier is capable of delivering 100W – 500W output power per channel, offering sufficient headroom for connection with more speakers in applications such as conference system, background music system, emergency broadcast and so on.
CVAA series supports both constant voltage mode and constant resistance mode, suitable for local music system and long distance signal transmission. Fully understanding the importance of the reliability of constant voltage system, Sure Electronics develops CVAA series with full protection circuit in power supply, input and output. To provide our customers with full set of audio solution, Sure Electronics has decided to enlarge the speaker product line. The first model of speaker has been released!
SUFR5015 is a 2inch full range speaker, whose normal impedance is 12Ohm and the rated power input is 15W. With the 2-layer Copper Clad aluminum Wire (CCAW), it’s pretty easy to connect and integrate the speakers into your audio systems. The voice coil is Kapton coil and the tinsel leads from voice coil to terminal assembly are constructed by 0.1gram 12 strands pure silver wire. The speaker is equipped with an aluminum dust cap, which can prevent dust particles from falling into the voice coil, affecting the normal operation of the voice coil and the speaker unit. This 12Ohm version is optimized for 24V systems, 4Ohm version is available for enquiry.
In addition, we will release more speakers in various dimensions, all featuring high reliability and high performance audio quality. Please stay tuned!

Sure Electronics is honored and excited to announce the release of the new member of JAB series – JAB5. JAB5 is a four-channel audio amplifier board integrated with high performance Bluetooth 5.0 (Supporting APT-X HD) and ADAU1701 DSP, which delivers 100W per channel into a 6Ohm load. With employed signal level sensor system and power management system, JAB5 features low power consumption and high efficiency, suitable for home audio, DIY audio, Bluetooth speakers and digital crossover applications.
Multiple input methods
JAB5 supports Bluetooth input, line input and I2S input. Signal would be mixed and delivered to speaker output.
Multiple output modes
JAB5 supports 4.0 mode (4 x 100W), 2.1 mode (2 x 100W + 1 x 200W) and 2.0 mode (2 x 200W). The switching between the three modes is achieved by automatic cables identification, without any need of other operations. Furthermore, JAB5 supports cascading with another JAB5 to get 8 x 100W or other audio systems through the I2S output port.
Multiple control methods
Four ports are provided for external potentiometers to control the volume, gain and frequency. With the connection of ICP5 or higher version(s), customers can achieve programming DSP through SigmaStudio or remote control with APP or PC UI.

Sure Electronics is honored and excited to announce the release of the new member of JAB series – JAB3+, which is a Class D audio amplifier board integrated with both ADAU1701 DSP and Bluetooth Ver5.0 module, offering a real All-in-one audio solution for customers. Wireless audio connection, DSP integrated, multiple control methods, battery power, high quality audio performance and compact size make JAB3+ perfectly suitable for portable Bluetooth speakers, digital crossover and DIY audio applications.
JAB3+ supports both Bluetooth input and 3.5mm AUX IN. Signal would be mixed and delivered to speaker output. Besides speaker output, JAB3+ supports cascading with other WONDOM standard amplifier boards to build audio 4.0/2.1 systems.
Four connectors for external potentiometers are pre-mounted on the board for easy control of audio system. In addition to hardware control, with the connection of WONDOM ICP5 or higher versions, JAB3+ supports programming with SigmaStudio or remote control through APP or PC UI.
Signal Level Sensor System, Power Management Circuit and full protection are equipped in JAB3+ for lower power consumption, higher efficiency and stable operation.

Sure Electronics has released JAB2-250V2 recently, which is an audio amplifier board integrated with both high performance Bluetooth 5.0 module and DSP chip, offering an all-in-one solution for audiophiles. Based on TI’s TPA3116 chip, JAB2-250V2 delivers 50W output power per channel into a 4Ohm load.
Besides Bluetooth input, JAB2V2 supports line input. Signal from two input methods will be mixed for transmission. Thanks to the equipped DSP chip, JAB2V2 supports PC UI control after connection with WONDOM ICP3 or higher version(s), through which, you can adjust volume, gain, frequency and EQ setting to customize your own audio. In addition to speaker output, JAB2V2 offers an extra mixed signal output, which can be input to other audio amplifier board to build audio 2.1 / 4.0 system. Customers can configure it into a subwoofer signal by frequency adjustment in PC UI. Besides power supply, JAB2V2 supports battery power, which greatly improves the portability.

With full investigation on requirements on the audio systems of Game machine and self-service equipment, Sure Electronics has released audio amplifier boards specially designed for kiosks, self-service equipment and game machine applications, such as vending machine, ATM, service robot, arcade machine, amusement equipment and so on. We have divided KAB series into four types, Basic audio amplifiers, 4CH audio isolation amplifiers, digital input amplifiers and subwoofer amplifiers.
Basic audio amplifiers with high speech intelligibility
Sure Electronics provides four basic audio amplifiers in compact size as KAB1 ‒ 22, KAB2 ‒ 215, KAB7 ‒ 250 and KAB7 ‒ 2100. Low and medium output power along with high speech intelligibility makes them suitable for most vending machine, self-service robots, ATM and so on. All basic audio amplifiers support single-ended input. Thanks to the pre-mounted industrial grade terminals, KAB series can be integrated into audio systems and cabinets without much training and time.
4CH audio amplifiers
Sure Electronics offers 4-channel audio amplifiers for applications that need multichannel audio. KAB6 and KAB8 can deliver 15W, 30W or 75W per channel, supporting configuration as PBTL mode. Therefore, one product can apply to three audio systems as 4.0, 2.1 and 2.0. Audio isolation circuit is employed in KAB6 and KAB8 to effectively suppress noise. In addition, they support connection with USB codec module, differential input module and DSP module, which greatly improves the flexibility and expandability of the whole system.
Digital input amplifiers
Sure Electronics released several KAB amplifiers for customers who want digital input. All the amplifiers (KAB0, KAB3, KAB4, KAB5 and KAB9) support I2S input, S/PDIF or USB Codec input, in which condition, audio signal will be transmitted in digital form, avoiding the ground noise.
Subwoofer amplifiers
Sure Electronics provides three amplifiers in PBTL architecture as 0.1 subwoofer, which delivers 40W, 80W and 300W output power and can be used with other KAB amplifiers. All the subwoofer amplifiers support I2S, S/PDIF, high voltage differential input and RCA input.

KAB series is a highly cost-effective amplifier board series specially designed for kiosks, self-service equipment and game machine applications, such as vending machine, ATM, service robot, arcade machine, amusement equipment and so on.
KAB8 is a 4CH audio amplifier board, providing 30W / 70W output power per channel. KAB8 features high reliability because of the fully equipped protection circuit. Audio isolation circuit is also employed for higher audio performance.
Suitable for audio 4.0/2.1/2.0 systems
KAB8 supports PBTL configuration, which means every two channels can be modified to mono channel with double power, making it suitable for commonly used audio 4.0 / 2.1 / 2.0 systems in game machine applications. For example, KAB8 – 430 can be configured as 4 x 30W, 2 x 30W +1 x 60W or 2 x 60W. One product, multiple configurations for different applications, which is highly cost-effective.
Customers can simply choose the three modes through the switch provided on KAB8.
Supporting 4CH USB codec integrated with DSP
Taking the ground noise caused by single-ended input, Sure Electronics has developed a 4CH USB codec for KAB8. It is in module form, therefore it’s plug and play, greatly improving the system flexibility. The USB codec is compatible with both Windows and Linux system. In addition, there is built-in DSP in the USB codec module. Customers can control the system and adjust the parameters, such as gain, frequency, EQ, delay and so on by PC UI.

Recently, Sure Electronics released KAB9, an 8CH audio amplifier board, providing 50W / 100W output power per channel, fully meeting the requirements of medium and large scale game machines and amusement equipment on power.
Suitable for audio 4.0/5.1/7.1 system
KAB9 supports PBTL configuration, which means every two channels can be modified to mono channel with double power, making it suitable for common used audio 4.0 / 5.1 / 7.1 systems in game machine applications.
