Description

This dual channel Class D audio amplifier board is capable of producing 10 W per channel into 4 Ohm load. Its chip TA2024, an enduring integrated amplifier one of low power in Tripath Corporation provides high-fidelity sound and achieves high efficiency over 88%. Its excellent heat dissipation eliminates the need for an extra heatsink. The module only dissipates 0.7W under the condition of SD Floating while 0.08W under Stand-by condition. Intelligent short circuit protection and over temperature protection makes the module more durable and reliable. With proprietary digital power processing technology, it can be used in a wide range of audio applications, including active speakers for home or multimedia applications, kiosks, desktop, etc.
