sure electronics pays close attention to the EMC

2018-08-17

Over the past 10 years, Sure Electronics has had opportunities to work with a wide variety of companies to solve circuit-board or system-level EMC problems. During this time, we've encountered many different kinds of EMC design rules. It is important for an EMC engineer or board layout expert to be able to recognize where the likely sources, antennas and coupling paths are in any given design. The ability to identify the potential sources, antennas and coupling paths in design comes from repeated practice and theoretical research, rather than relying on a general design guideline, like minimizing the loop areas associated with High-Frequency power and signal currents, do not locate High-Speed circuitry between connectors. For commercial and industrial applications like Kiosk, Public address, certification is a fundamental factor. All products in this catalogue have passed the pre-test of EMC part in our laboratory, which greatly saves customers’ time-to-market.

SURE ELECTRONICS TRANSFORMLESS CONSTANT VOLTAGE TECHONOLOGY ANNOUNCED

2018-08-17

Constant voltage communication is common used in applications where miles of cable are used for transmission, they minimize resistive power loss by running the power as high voltage and low current. Sure Electronics high-power amplifiers can drive up to 200V lines directly without an output transformer. The direct high-voltage approach eliminates the drawbacks of transformers:

Cost

Weight

Limited Bandwidth

Distortion

Core Saturation at low frequencies

Sure Electronics provides complete audio amplifier and power supply solution - CVA Series (without step-up transformer) from 100W - 500W, which can be applied to audio communications in the form of a constant-voltage system (typically 70-200 volts). Such a system is often used when a single power amplifier drives many loudspeakers through long cable runs (over 50 feet). Some examples of this condition are distributed speaker systems for P.A., Broadcast, paging, or low-SPL background music.

SURE ELECTRONICS TEMPERATURE SHOCK TESTING - HIGH, LOW AND CYCLING TEST

2018-08-17

With ten years of research on Class-D amplifier, Sure Electronics has established complete test system for products from R&D stage to shipment including the implement of HALT & HASS for every product coming with test reports, which do strong endorsement for high reliability. The test is conducted for the purpose of determining the effect on a part of repeated cyclic exposures to extremes of high and low temperatures for comparatively short periods of time. It may or may not be required that the specimens reach thermal stability at the temperature of the test chamber during the short exposure time specified. Permanent changes in operating characteristics and physical damage produced during temperature cycling result principally from variations in dimensions and other physical property degradation produced during temperature cycling. All Sure Electronics standard products can work under -10℃ to +55℃ and can provide industrial grade products surviving from -20℃ to 85℃ and automotive grade products surviving from -40℃ to 125℃.
